Overview
All products sold through https://lastnightdreams.in are digital downloads (e.g., games, add-ons, soundtracks, and other content). Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
If you experience technical issues with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help.
Itch.io Refund Policy
All purchases made through Itch.io are subject to Itch.io’s refund guidelines. In general:
Eligibility for Refunds (If Applicable)
We may grant a refund in the following situations, at our discretion:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
You purchased the same product more than once by accident.
The product was never downloaded or accessed.
There was a major technical issue preventing you from using the product, and we’re unable to resolve it.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase and include proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Sale or promotional items
Successfully downloaded digital products
Gift cards or digital codes
In-game purchases or consumables
Exchanges
Since all products are digital, we do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong file or product by mistake, contact us and we’ll correct it.
Gifts
If a digital product was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, we may issue store credit to the gift recipient. If the product was purchased and later gifted manually, refunds (if any) will go to the original purchaser.
